Oh the decadence! A few days ago, myself and a couple of friends visited one of our girlfriends who had recently had a baby. Before going, I baked up a light and delicious pound cake with raspberries and white chocolate chips folded inside. It was a new recipe and I was so glad it turned out well. Amidst playing with my friend's little baby angel, we munched cake and chatted. To make this pound cake, I followed this recipe from the 36th Avenue.
