Kitchen: Perfect Crepes

Oftentimes, I end up making crepes several days in a row for breakfast or a sweet treat in between courses. I love making petite crepes, stacking them up high as I go, and then rolling them up with fresh fruit, jam, syrup and/or cream. My crepe recipe is adapted from my trusted Ladurée cookbook. 
Ingredients: 1 2/3 cups flour, 4 tbsp sugar, 4 eggs, 2 cups milk
Method: Combine flour, sugar and eggs. To this, add milk and mix well. I use an electric hand mixer to obtain a smooth consistency. Pour batter in a buttered skillet, form a round, and cook on low to medium heat. Stack up as they cool to remain soft. Serve and enjoy.

I tried the crepes this morning for suhur and mashallah it was the best crepe recipe I have ever used!
